Nov 10, 2021 · When the steering arm on the steering column is vertical and centered, the front wheels are to be aligned directly forward (not turned). If the wheels are turned when the steering arm is vertical, the steering angle either to the right or left is reduced and the wheels require alignment.
For a 2010 EZGO RXV golf cart, the front-end adjustment can be done by doing a 1/8 to 1/4 inches toe-in adjustment at the ends of the tie rods off the steering box. You can consider pulling the tires and using a straight edge object for an accurate 1/8 inches toe-in adjustment.

You can fix a loose steering wheel on a Yamaha golf cart by opening up the steering box, filling it with grease, and closing the cover. Jack up the front of your Yamaha golf cart. Remove the cover of the steering box; it’s a plate secured by 4x 10mm bolts. Now fill the box with grease till the top. Fix the cover back.
